Test gauges
We supply measuring and testing gauges for rapid quality inspection in molding processes. This allows the quality characteristics to be checked immediately. Based on years of experience, these are produced in-house from design to manufacturing. As a matter of principle, each gauge is delivered with a measuring protocol.

Test gauges
The materials used for the test gauges are adapted to the requirements. Plastic block material, aluminum, steel or mixed construction are used.
We also manufacture master parts, which ensure calibration and calibration of the parameters by means of a measurement protocol. The measuring elements can also be transferred to process control systems by means of statistical data acquisition and evaluation.
Measuring gauges
Digital dial gauges are generally used for simple acquisition of measured values. There is also the possibility of a semi-automatic, centralized recording of measured values with statistical evaluation.

- Repair of die casting and stamping tools as well as their spare part production.
- All functional gauges are monitored as standard and supplied with a measurement report. On request, gauges and fixtures can be inspected, serviced and re-measured at regular intervals.
