For reliable and efficient lubrication of casting pistons, you can use our TheiLub oil dispensers. Both the drip, spray and piston chamber versions guarantee you process-reliable lubrication conditions and economical oil consumption.

- Fast and complete wetting of the piston circumference with oil
- Long service life due to robust design
- Suitable for cold and hot press pistons
- Available as spray and drip version
- Can also be used for piston internal chamber lubrication
Technical data spray/drop unit:
- Dosing time: min.1-2 sec.; max. time is adjustable
- Compressed air connection: 6 bar from the compressed air supply
- Shortest dosing interval: 6 sec.
- Suitable for oil viscosity from 400-900 cST at 40°C (1cSt = 100³m²/s)
- Oil dosage adjustable in the range of 0-6 ml
